NTA National President

Willie B. Williams

Dr. Lupton is the chair of the Computer Science Department at Morgan State University in Baltimore, Maryland.

National Technical Association Student President from Elizabeth City State University located in Elizabeth City, North Carolina. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's of Science in Computer Science and Information Systems with a minor in Geographical Information Systems (GIS).

 
Historian

Mr. Edward W. Taylor

Mr. Taylor is an architect at Morgan State University. For more than 35 years, he has held a variety of positions in architecture, planning, design, administration and construction coordination in the government and private sectors.
A member since 1948 having served the Association as Baltimore chapter president and the 22nd national president, he is a recipient of the Samuel R. Cheever's Distinguished Service Award (NTA's highest award).
