For over 80 years the National Technical Association (NTA) has been the premiere technical organization for scientists, engineers, architects, technologists, educators and technical business entrepreneurs, for people of color. NTA assists institutions in identifying minority technical talent.  There are various recruitment and awareness options to match your organization's needs.

The 2011 NTA Conference Business Opportunity Form can be used to reserve exhibition space in our Career Fair and for other Conference-related items. This form can also be used to sponsor events, such as corporate receptions. Follow the instructions below when completing the 2011 NTA Conference Business Opportunity Fair Form.

1) Complete Contact information

Please fill out contact information in its entirety. Note that the primary contact will receive all email notifications, invoices, and other general information. Secondary contacts are generally contacted when contact with the primary is unreachable.

2) Select a Sponsorship Level

In order to exhibit on our Career Fair Floor, you must select a particular sponsorship level or pay for booth space Note: All exhibiting packages are bundled as defined.  In addition to the Sponsorship Level line items above, you have the option to add items to the proposed package for an additional fee.

3) Add on Additional Items/Sponsorships

After selecting your sponsorship level, use this section of the form to select additional items, if any, for your participation. You may reserve additional booth space, such as on-site interview rooms.  Please enter the EXACT NAME and PRICE of the event/item you wish to sponsor. If you wish to sign up for additional events/items past the 3 allotted spaces here, please make a note on an additional page or coversheet.  

4) Sign & Date

Enter the Grand Total of all requested items in the Grand Total box. After reviewing the cancellation policy, place your signature and date on the next line. Unsigned forms will not be accepted.

5) Submit your Form

You may either submit via email 2011opportunityfair@ntaonline.org and/or mail payment to:  NTA Conference Business Opportunity, 2705 Bladensburg Rd., NE, Washington, DC 20018.  All payments should be payable to National Technical Association. You will receive a confirmation of receipt within 24 hrs. A PDF of your invoice will be delivered to the primary contacts email address within 4-5 business days.

Cancellation/Refund Policy - refunds are granted provided cancellation request is made in writing by August 15. The cancellation fee is $100. Please note that all options are based on availability and prices are subject to change at the discretion of NTA.
