Call for Student Symposium Abstracts

All abstract submissions must indicate the category to which the abstract is most relevant (and second choice, if appropriate).  The categories are:

Be sure to indicate any special media requirements at the time of abstract submission.  Student presenters must indicate what there academic status will be at the conference - undergraduate or graduate students.  Presentations should be prepared as PC compatible MS word or power point files, and on a floppy disk, compact disk (CD), or USB flash drive (as appropriate).  Presentation time is 15 minutes.

The deadline for abstract submission, for consideration for acceptance has been extended to June 1, 2011.  Abstracts (Microsoft Word) should be sent to Mr. Gilbert Haynes at Gilbert.Haynes@MORGAN.EDU and shs@howard.edu.     You will be notified by June 20^th if your abstract is accepted.  Instructions for preparation of full papers will be provided and papers will be due by August 1, 2011.  Funds to support student travel expenses to present at the Conference will be awarded based on availability and on a first come first serve basis.
